The project is located in the southeast corner of the Jingzhou ancient city, next to the ancient city walls, on the same street as former resident, Zhang Juzheng. Located in a strategic location, it covers an area of about 172 acres. In the space, there is a wealth of garden space while construction has retained the rugged formation of an ancient and cultural atmosphere.

The overall architectural style uses the simplified Han Tang antique architectural style, while still adhering to the old business design to accommodate modern life. Gray-oriented colors create an overall tone and a mutual harmony in this ancient city. Used occasionally when making excursions, warm colors are adorned, improving the atmosphere of energy and movement in the region.
