Qinzhou Pingshan Island is located in Guangxi Province near the south of the Qin River. The project requirements were to create a second sub-city center for Qinzhou. Natural landscaping, green spaces, and waterways form a central core for the project that links the various neighborhoods and project elements together. The master plan design creates spatial variations within a highly rhythmic theme that is peaceful, and yet full of vitality. Each community has its own distinct personality, while at the same time a unified style and continuity runs through he entire project.
