The 165 acres site, containing rugged, hilly terrain in addition to rivers and lakes, three-quarters of which was left undeveloped, creates a beautiful setting for residents and guests to enjoy. The project amenities include a five star, 400-guestroom hotel, conference center, serviced apartments, retail village, high-rise and low-rise residential, townhouses, and an office park.

The architecture was designed to conform to the natural characteristics of the sloping site. Natural materials, terracing forms, and indoor/outdoor spaces help to make the buildings seem as if they are growing from the nature itself.
