The Jingjin New City project was an elevation study and re-design of a luxury villa development. The client requirements were to create contemporary North American-style facade designs for villas that were currently beginning construction. Designers were also asked to create three sets of color schemes and material selections in order to create a varied mix of elevations while having an overriding unified theme to the project.
