Fengshen Garden is located in the Huadu suburb of Guangzhou. Designed as a residential community for employees of the Dongfeng Nissan Automobile manufacturing plant, great care was taken to create an environment in which residents could relax, interact with each other, or enjoy private time in a peaceful, natural environment. The design style for the residential buildings is reminiscent of a European hill town. Buildings are grouped into smaller residential neighborhoods with central courtyards. Residential neighborhoods are in turn linked together by paths through open green spaces and waterways.

The design promotes the interaction of complimentary elements of the static and the dynamic, the interplay of mountains and water. Undulating sloped terrain meets abundant shoreline through a series of green spaces and open courtyards. Fengshen Garden has set a new benchmark for affordable luxury and promotes an improved lifestyle and standard of living for its residents.
