Golden Beach Garden is located in the Panyu district of Guangzhou, neighboring a large river walk. The challenge of the designers was to modify the elevation facades, giving the project new life and vitality, while still adhering to the original plan layout.

The European style façade design retained simpler forms and lines while still unifying the various structures of the overall project. The general principle was to create an identifiable design style to give the project a refreshed, yet classic appearance. The lines and forms of the detailing, together with the general massing of the structures, creates a rich, more timeless atmosphere for the project.
