广州中莱科学城项目位于广州科学城，自然山水优美，用地呈“负阴抱阳，背山面水”的格局，地块内“土厚水深、郁草茂林”。用地内两座山峰形成“主山”与“案山”的风水格局，设计师通过“山轴”将两山及小镇中心相连，成为社区空间的主导；与中央广场“金带环抱”的“水轴”，则充分利用了现有的水景资源，使整个社区都变得灵动起来，让居住者真切感受“与山水为邻”的乐趣。
Zhonglai Kexue City Project, Guangzhou is located in Guangzhou Science City, the beautiful natural landscape, the land layout entailed "negative yin-yang holds, back of mountain and face of water" , and land within the "thick soil depth, green grass and lush wood." Sites within the two peaks form the "main mountain" and "Kakashi" fung shui pattern, designers through the "mountain-axis," two mountains and town centers connect to a community-led space; with the Central Plaza, the "golden zone surrounded by" of "water axis" takes full advantage of the existing water resources so that the residents really feel pleasure by their proximity to the landscape.
