广州金海岸花园位于广州市番禺区，紧邻开阔的江景，开发商委托我所对其已完成的方案进行外立面修改设计。本项目的设计难度较大，要求设计师在修改外立面，赋予项目新的生命力的同时，必须坚持原平面不变的原则，是一项非常具有挑战的设计。
Golden Beach Garden is located in the Panyu district of Guangzhou, neighboring a large river walk. The challenge of the designers was to modify the elevation facades, giving the project new life and vitality, while still adhering to the original plan layout.

欧式建筑不是细部的堆砌，而是将细部恰到好处的统一到整体的建筑形象中。设计师正是遵循这一原则赋予了修改方案纯粹、高贵的建筑风貌，在遵守平面不变的前提下给予立面外观上令人耳目一新的效果。设计师结合建筑平面现状及原有设计体量，将丰富的体量结合了宫廷的豪气与住宅的休闲，同时体现了源自欧洲建筑文化的精美细部。

The European style façade design retained simpler forms and lines while still unifying the various structures of the overall project. The general principle was to create an identifiable design style to give the project a refreshed, yet classic appearance. The lines and forms of the detailing, together with the general massing of the structures, creates a rich, more timeless atmosphere for the project.
