保利南海商业水城位于广东南海人工运河的西岸，分为三大功能区：商业区、酒店式公寓和住宅区。设计师将项目周边的水景资源充分利用，设计了一条将运河水引入项目地块的浅水系来联系三个功能区，使所有的建筑都能享受到诱人的景色，提升了项目的使用价值。

Poly Commercial Water City is a waterfront development located in the rapidly developing city of Nanhai. The project is divided into three parts consisting of a commercial district, hotel and serviced apartments, and residential areas. The design takes full advantage of the facing waterfront, while introducing additional waterways and canals within the project interior to link adjacent areas and functions.
